What's included

For Personalized Holistic Nutrition Counselling, we will start with a few forms for you to fill out, as well as a food tracker, prior to our first consultation. During our one-hour initial consultation, we will go over some forms and I'll learn more about you, your goals, your main health concerns, and your current lifestyle. We'll also discuss any food preferences, dietary restrictions, and any other questions you may have. This will help me tailor your plan to best fit your lifestyle, making it easier to implement for the long-term. I'll then work on your plan and send it over to you to follow for the coming weeks, and we will schedule a follow-up appointment for 4-6 weeks later. During that time I'll be available to you for any questions or concerns that come up, or if you want to schedule a call sooner to check in.
